The Mansion Club Membership — Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We understand that your summer plans may evolve. Members are welcome to upgrade their membership at any time during the season. Our team will be delighted to assist you in selecting the membership that best fits you needs.

  • Family membership includes up to four immediate family members residing in the same household.

  • The outdoor pool is open July to Labor Day in September. Specific operating hours are available on ResortPass website and may very due to weather or private event buyouts.

  • No. Visit as often as you would like during your membership period based on your selected membership plan.

  • Yes. While the outdoor pool access is seasonal, your 10% preferred member pricing on dining, overnight stays, which includes access to the indoor Solarium Pool, and Mansion-hosted events is valid for a full year from the date your membership begins.

  • Yes. Members receive 10% preferring pricing on our Al Fresco dining located at The Garden Pool Club.

  • For the safety and comfort of our guests, pool operations may be adjusted or temporarily suspended due to inclement weather.

  • Absolutely. The Mansion Club is designed to create memorable summer experiences for individuals and families alike.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and are intended exclusively for the named member(s).

  • Memberships are non-refundable. Please contact our Membership Team at marketing@glencovemansion.com if you have questions regarding your membership.

  • To preserve an exceptional guest experience, the number of memberships offered each season is limited.
